Hall Pass Ice Cream was dreamed up by two friends who know a thing or two about making food fun!

Amirah Kassem is the rainbow queen and creative force behind Flour Shop, famous for her whimsical explosion cakes and a knack for turning desserts into pure joy.

Lawrence Longo the food visionary behind Prince Street Pizza and multiple cult-favorite concepts, has a talent for bringing iconic eats to the masses.

Together, they teamed up to create Hall Pass Ice Cream – a playful scoop shop that mixes childhood nostalgia with over-the-top creativity.
